I realize that Tyler’s birthday is still 5 months away but you know me, I’m a planner and it’s time to start thinking about his party. Originally I was dead set on a Cinco de Mayo party given that he was born on May 5th. However, he seems to have other plans. Every time the Mickey Mouse Clubhouse theme song comes on, no matter what he’s doing (nursing, eating, playing…) he will stop dead in his tracks and sit contently to watch the entire show. Luckily it has been a way to get a few things done around the house. And so the Mickey Mouse theme was born.
As I was shopping at Michael’s today I bought a few things to brainstorm the color palette and will stick to the traditional yellow, red and black. But now onto the creative process of designing the paper products! My favorite part!
And I’m completely aware I’ve fallen off the monthly picture bandwagon, but if you’re on instagram follow me (@bridgettedwards) to see LOTS of picture of him and the rest my family.
