I can’t believe our lil’ man is already 1 month old! Time surely is flying by and I wish I could just pause it. He really is such a joy. He’s starting to follow us with his eyes and starting to coo. My gosh, that melts my heart every time! It’s like he’s exhaling happiness. As you can tell by his stats, he is growing like a weed! Nearly 3 pounds in the first month?! If this is any indication of what he will be like when he’s a teenager, I better get cracking on my couponing skills.
Even though I always try to remain positive I’m only human and having a crying baby and a 4 year old vying for attention pulls at your heartstrings. Kendall has been terrific, becoming more independent and helping out a ton! Sometimes everything can be overwhelming and some days I’m just in survival mode. But each time I start feeling like this, I question what is God trying to teach me? I still have yet to find the answer but I know it’s coming.
Ok, ok, ok…enough already…enjoy the picture of our little chunky monkey wearing a onesie I designed and made. Maybe something that will be in the shop. Thoughts?

OMG! What a little cutie pie! My last year has been exactly what you just wrote. I now have a 1 year old and a 4 year old. My mom always says that the days are long but the years are fast so take some deep breaths and enjoy. Good luck Bridgett!

Same here Bridgett, G is 4 and Iz is 18months and yes I’m very familiar with survival mode:) You have excellent insight and an amazing approach to motherhood..always admired that about:) Tyler and Kendall are some lucky kiddos!
