Happy Saturday friends!
This month I’ve decided I want to write out my monthly goals here on the blog. I feel putting it out there publicly will be that extra boost I need to get things done. I’m notorious for laying out an elaborate plan and becoming so overwhelmed I don’t get anything done! So by breaking things down to smaller actionable steps and sharing them with you, they will get done. And in by doing so I hope you share yours too! Either leave your monthly goals in the comment section or post your link. We can create a little community and keep each other accountable. Sounds good? Alright!
There are a few habits I’d like to work on this month in addition to some concrete goals. But the biggest and most exciting is go on our trip to Disney World! Kendall is beyond excited and so are mom + dad. Warm weather, good food and family is all we need. I’m just so blessed that we have this great opportunity to sneak away for a week and enjoy all that Disney has to offer.
February Goals
Workout 2x a week
Juice 3x a week
Journal every morning for at least 10 minutes
Complete podcast interview Completed today, yay!
Finish buying clothes for vacation
Go to Disney World!!! :]
Disconnect COMPLETELY during family vacation
Research cribs and co-sleepers
Prep for VBAC birthing class next month
Buy February birthday cards (a little behind on this one, oops!)
Launch two business extensions (in about week, yippee!!)
Complete Valentine’s for Kendall’s Friendship party at school
That sounds like a lot but doable! Don’t forget to share yours in the comments below!

Awesome! And more importantly, DOABLE!
Hope you blog about your disney trip! I’m planning one for December and it’s totally overwhelming! So many options and decisions to make!
I definitely plan on blogging about it! Right now I can advise, if you’re staying in one of the Disney resorts, get the meal plan and make reservations for character meals soon! Those fill up really fast.
You are going to have a blast! We go to Disney World just about every year (only an 7 hour drive for us) and it is always the best family time together. Meal plan is a definite…and take advantage of the Fast Pass and the extended hours for the Disney resorts if the lines are long. We are aiming for a more laid back vacation this year and are going to a Disney Resort on Hilton Head Island in SC. It’s not over the top Disney but it has some really cool activities for the kids.
Have fun!
I love how you used Pinterest for your goals. This is an awesome idea and I think I just might need to replicate. LOVE it! Also – love the new illustration on the blog. It looks great. Caryl
Thanks Caryl! And special thanks for being the first comment on the new blog! xoxo
