Can you believe it’s already August?! This summer just flew by and for those with little ones starting school soon you are in back to school shopping mode thinking about binders, notebooks, pens, pencils…the list goes on! This was my favorite time of year, perusing aisles upon aisles of fresh new school supplies. I marveled over the new calendars. Drooled over pretty binders. Sometimes I still find myself walking up and down the supply aisle just for fun.
But what I remember most is receiving those little love notes from my mom. This unexpected surprise gave me the extra umph to get through the rest of the day. This is something I hope to carry on and do for my daughter once she begins school. But in the meantime, I wanted I share lunchbox notes you can download and create your own tradition.
Each download contains four notecards with the saying: ‘Happy First Day of School!’, ‘You Rock!’, ‘Have a Great Day!’, and a blank one to be used for any occasion. Simply download the file, print, and cut along the lines.
Note: Adjust your printer settings to ‘scale to fit’ if needed.
